Where identity verification involves data that may be sensitive, it is handled by the third-party verification provider or licensed partner under their own safeguards and data-processing terms; we receive only the verification result and limited related information needed to operate the account.

We use service providers acting as processors or independent controllers, which may include: cloud hosting and storage; a payment/billing provider; an identity-verification provider (e.g. Sumsub) and/or a licensed banking/payment partner; email and WhatsApp Business Platform delivery providers; analytics; and content-delivery/CDN and web-font providers (e.g. Google Fonts, jsDelivr CDN, Tabler icons). A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account and campaign data are kept for the life of the account and a reasonable period afterward. Invoicing and tax records are retained for the period required by Italian law (generally up to 10 years). Verification records are retained for as long as needed for the purpose and any applicable legal requirement, then deleted or anonymised. [Confirm exact periods with counsel.]
We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You create an OmniGO account for your business.
You may be asked to verify your identity or business details. Where required, this is performed through a third-party verification provider or a licensed banking/payment partner.
You add service credits to your OmniGO balance by bank transfer or another supported payment method.
Your balance can only be used to purchase OmniGO marketing services (ad management, email, WhatsApp, AI tools, affiliate access).
The balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to third parties, or used as a bank or payment account.
Where virtual IBANs or payment accounts are used, they are provided by a licensed banking/payment partner under their terms.
OmniGO may suspend accounts or request information if suspicious activity is detected.
OmniGO balances are prepaid service credits for OmniGO services only — not a wallet, deposit, or payment account. Refunds of unused credits are handled under our Refund Policy.
